Slow Flow

Ease into the week with a grounding practice designed to help you transition from doing into being. This gentle flow links breath and movement in a way that builds strength, mobility, and awareness without feeling rushed. Perfect for all levels and a wonderful way to reconnect after a busy day.

Yoga en Español

Martes (Tuesday) | 5-6pm
Una clase de yoga accesible y acogedora, guiada principalmente en español. Diseñada para miembros de la comunidad local, estudiantes de español y cualquier persona interesada en practicar yoga en un entorno bilingüe, esta clase ofrece una oportunidad única para moverse, aprender y conectar entre culturas.
No es necesario tener experiencia previa en yoga ni hablar español o ingles perfectamente. Todos son bienvenidos a practicar, explorar y crecer juntos, dentro y fuera del mat.
A welcoming and accessible yoga class taught primarily in Spanish. Designed for local community members, Spanish learners, and anyone interested in practicing yoga in a bilingual environment, this class offers a unique opportunity to move, learn, and connect across cultures.
No previous yoga experience is necessary, and you do not need to speak perfect Spanish or English. Everyone is welcome to practice, explore, and grow together, both on and off the mat.

Dynamic Flow

A creative and energizing practice that blends mindful movement, strength, balance, and breath. Expect to move, challenge yourself, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and empowered for the day ahead.
This class is best suited for those with some prior experience, or anyone comfortable moving through a continuous flow.

MELT Method: Neurostrength
with Stacy Fisher
Thursday | 9-10am
This class combines both the Restorative and Neurostrength components of MELT Method to create hydrated connective tissue, relax the nervous system, and realign the body.
Reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. This full-body method of self-care improves performance and decreases the risk of repetitive stress injuries, as well as eliminating chronic pain.
By gently stimulating the body using a soft foam roller and balls, this easy-to-learn treatment can help reduce these common, painful symptoms in just minutes each day:
-hand, foot, neck and back pain
-plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas
-arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger

Friday Reset
with Loren Hardy
Friday | 9-10:15 amClose your week with space to slow down and come back to yourself. This 75-minute class is a deeply nourishing practice focused on rest, release, and nervous system support. Using props and long-held postures, you'll be invited to slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with yourself in a quiet and supportive environment.
This practice is designed for all phases of yoga practice, from beginner to seasoned yogi.

Mindfulness for Kids

Through stories, games, movement, creativity, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, children will explore tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and connection. Designed for ages 5–10, this class offers a playful and nurturing space for children to move, learn, and grow together.
