Flow & Let Go

Monday & Friday | 9-10 am
This gentle yoga practice is designed for students to move slowly with breath and intention. Take time to settle into your hips, spine and shoulders in this fluid and mindful practice. Each class ends with time for a deep guided relaxation practice.
Leave feeling both expansive and grounded, filled with peace and a profound sense of connection.
This practice is designed for all phases of yoga practice, from beginner to seasoned yogi.

Sweat & Surrender
with Loren Hardy
Wednesday | 9-10am
This yoga class is purposeful, creative, and dynamically challenging. You will be guided through a series of fluid movements, connected to breath, bringing an increase of strength, flexibility, and energy to the body. Practice will end a series of restorative, deeply relaxing poses designed to help you fully integrate the work of your practice.
Learn to listen actively to your body, your energy, and your spirit. This practice is designed for those that have some experience with yoga and are ready to move with strength in their bodies.

MELT Method: Neurostrength
with Stacy Fisher
Tuesday | 9-10am & Thursday | 8:30-9:30am
This class combines both the Restorative and Neurostrength components of MELT Method to create hydrated connective tissue, relax the nervous system, and realign the body.
Reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. This full-body method of self-care improves performance and decreases the risk of repetitive stress injuries, as well as eliminating chronic pain.
By gently stimulating the body using a soft foam roller and balls, this easy-to-learn treatment can help reduce these common, painful symptoms in just minutes each day:
-hand, foot, neck and back pain
-plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas
-arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger
