  • Dynamic Flow

    with Loren Hardy

    Wednesday | 9-10am

    A dynamic, breath-led flow designed to build strength through slow, intentional movement and smooth, continuous transitions.

    This practice moves at a steady pace, inviting you to stay connected to your breath as you move in and out of sequences that are both grounding and challenging. While the transitions are fluid and often feel almost seamless, the work runs deep, engaging the body in a way that continues to unfold long after class.

    You’ll be guided with clarity and presence, with space to explore the practice in your own body while staying connected to a deeper sense of awareness.

    Come ready to move, breathe, and settle into a strong, steady rhythm.

    This class is best suited for those with some prior experience, or anyone comfortable moving through a continuous flow.

  • MELT Method: Neurostrength

    with Stacy Fisher

    Thursday | 9-10am

    This class combines both the Restorative and Neurostrength components of MELT Method to create hydrated connective tissue, relax the nervous system, and realign the body.

    Reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. This full-body method of self-care improves performance and decreases the risk of repetitive stress injuries, as well as eliminating chronic pain.

    By gently stimulating the body using a soft foam roller and balls, this easy-to-learn treatment can help reduce these common, painful symptoms in just minutes each day:

    -hand, foot, neck and back pain
    -plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas
    -arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger
    -headaches, gut issues, insomnia.

  • Friday Reset

    with Loren Hardy

    Friday | 9-10:15 am

    Close your week with space to slow down and come back to yourself. This 75-minute class is designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and gently restore your body after the pace of the week.

    You’ll be guided into stillness through simple breath and awareness, allowing your body to shift out of doing and into a more receptive state. From there, the practice moves slowly and intentionally, using restorative shapes, supported rest, and time to soften.

    Subtle elements such as sound, light touch, or quiet guidance are offered, always in a way that feels grounding and supportive.

    There is nothing to push or achieve here. This is a space to release, to receive, and to allow your body to recalibrate in its own time.

    This practice is designed for all phases of yoga practice, from beginner to seasoned yogi.
