This guided community circle & restorative yoga class is designed to let your parasympathetic nervous system take over- a chance to rest and digest. Supported by props, these postures are held for awhile to allow your body to relax into them, and for your mind to settle into stillness.
Softness is strength.
Bring a journal and pen, and wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
$20 per person.
