Join Natalie Fleurette for a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork session as we gather in alignment with the Harvest Moon.

This lunar event invites us to reflect on gratitude, abundance, and the overflowing gifts from our Mother Earth. Together we’ll breathe into embodied purity, continuing to embrace all we are as we step forward into new cycles.

What to Expect:

• 15 min for CCB introduction & personal set up

• 60 min guided CCB practice

• 15 min gentle integration for those who wish to move slowly

• This session will be held in a supportive space with gentle guidance, inviting release, renewal, and divine self-discovery through the breath.

• As we close, we’ll carry our intentions into the evening with an invitation to admire the Blood Moon rising as the sun sets around 6:25pm, a sacred reminder of cycles, endings, and new beginnings. 🌅
